Vacances, a real estate agency registered with FNAIM
has been offering rental properties in Provence, Brittany
and Corsica since 1996. Our head office is in Aix
en Provence and we have a network of regional agents
working locally.
We have chosen to specialise in these rather diverse
regions predominantly because this is where we have
access to agents personally known to us who provide
us with an honest, efficient and individual service
and who have a genuine enthusiasm for their work!
A made-to-measure service is provided by our reservations
team, each member of whom has visited a personal selection
of our houses ensuring that our clients benefit from
the best possible advice and assistance at any time.
Although many of our clients are happy to select a
property themselves the majority prefer to let us
take the lead and suggest properties that correspond
to their individual needs.Our reservations team
are multi-lingual.
In addition to mother tongue French and English, Spanish,
Italien, German and Dutch are spoken. Your security
French law stipulates that all organisations offering
property rentals in France, including agencies operating
outside France, are legally obliged to be registered
with a Prefecture and to have a Carte Professionale.
Our FNAIM Guarantee of 340 000 E provides the Tenant
and the Proprietor with the reassurance that their
interests are protected.
The principal mission of FNAIM is 'to defend and promote
the interest of its members and more generally of
real estate professionals, the consumers and their
customers'.
Our portfolio extends to over 500 properties including
private residences, modern apartments, provencal bastides,
country houses, luxurious villas and simple coastal
Breton crofts. Located in the beautiful french countryside,
some of our properties are close to the sea, some
in the mountains and some close to historic towns
such as Aix en Provence. Each of our properties are
carefully selected for comfort and quality by our
team of regional agents. We insist that kitchens are
well equipped and that drawing rooms are comfortable.
Particulars of all of our properties including exterior
and interior photographs, detailed descriptions of
grounds and accommodation and local information are
available as electronic or paper copy. All enquiries
and reservations are held and administered by an electronic
database manned by our reservations team.
